Upon acquiring his engineering degree, Aaron Wright Jr. started working for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in Houston, Texas. This early phase of his career included training astronauts, using NASA’s Shuttle Mission Simulator, which Aaron describes as “the best video game in the world!” Within his first year at NASA, his gift of maximizing the potential in people became apparent. Aaron was quickly promoted to management and has been going strong ever since.
As the founder of LEAP Association, based in Atlanta Georgia, Aaron has contributed to the success of a host of prominent companies in the areas of Leadership, Effectiveness, Accountability and Productivity, via LEAP’s Executive coaching and Training services. Literally helping organizations and individuals around the world to LEAP Higher, both personally and professionally!
